Timon Williamson took up the mantle of pastor of the Spanish Town Covenant Community Church in 2012 after serving as one of the elders from the inception of the fellowship in 1991. He has been a Christian abiding in the faith for over fifty years, he walks in the fear of the Lord with a strong desire to please the Lord and grow in faith, the Word and good deeds.
He considers himself as one called to be a servant at large in the kingdom of God, hence he serves the body of Christ willingly and sincerely regardless of person or task. His hunger and thirst for God has resulted in a lifelong pursuit of the Word of God, the scriptures and its rich indwelling. Out of this has come increasing revelation and understanding of God's truth which he readily shares as opportunities arise.
He has a heart for prayer and intercession and he has served in this area from the early life of the church. He also served for several decades as part of the executive of the National Intercessory Prayer Network of Jamaica (NIPNOJ)
