Spanish Town Covenant Community Church ("StCCC", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through our forms: the contact form, prayer requests, volunteer sign-up, membership interest, Strathmore outreach and building project pledges. This may include your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in a message.
Like most websites, our server also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security and to keep the website working.
How we use it
- To respond to your message or request.
- To pray for you, as you ask. Prayer requests are seen only by our pastors and prayer team, and you can choose "Pastors only".
- To organise volunteers, membership and outreach.
- To record and follow up building project pledges (seen only by our finance team).
We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the church, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only church leaders and volunteers who need it for the purpose above, using personal logins. Each form's answers are restricted to the relevant team.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed for their purpose, then delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below.
Videos and maps
Some pages include YouTube videos and Google Maps. When you view them, YouTube and Google may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
